SocialSpot is a location-based social discovery app designed to make meeting people nearby simple and interactive. Users create a personalized profile with an avatar, profile picture, and links to their social platforms, allowing others to quickly learn more about them. The app features a live map that displays nearby users in real time—tapping on an avatar opens their profile and shared links. With a strong focus on privacy controls, users can choose when and how their location is shared. The project prioritizes performance, security, and a clean user experience, all developed through an iterative, sprint-based workflow.
